Description

Harvia Xenio CX180-45 is a universal control unit designed for compatible electric sauna heaters. Depending on the supply voltage and electrical connection, it can control heaters with a power output ranging from 9 to 29 kW.

The separate digital Xenio touchscreen control panel allows the user to adjust the sauna temperature and operating time, as well as switch the lighting and ventilation on or off. The display clearly shows the main operating information and indicates when the set sauna temperature has been reached.

The compact control panel can be installed inside or outside the sauna room in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions. The power unit must be installed outside the sauna room in a dry location.

The CX180-45 supports remote operation using compatible optional equipment, such as the MyHarvia WiFi accessory or a potential-free remote ON/OFF switch. Remote operation requires a compatible safety solution, such as a door sensor or heater safety device, unless the connected heater is approved by the manufacturer for remote operation without an additional safety device. Accessories are sold separately.

The built-in fault diagnostics help identify potential system malfunctions.

At a 380–415 V 3N~ connection, the CX180-45 can control a heater with a power output of up to 27–29 kW without an additional power extension unit. An optional Harvia LTY180-45 power extension unit is required only when additional load capacity is needed.

Maximum heater output by electrical connection:

220–240 V 1N~: up to 9 kW;
200–240 V 2~: up to 9–10.8 kW with one circuit;
200–240 V 2~: up to 18–21.6 kW with two circuits and balanced loads;
200–240 V 3~: up to 15–18 kW;
380–415 V 3N~: up to 27–29 kW.

The maximum permitted heater output depends on the supply voltage, electrical installation and connection configuration. The appropriate connection method must be determined by a qualified electrician according to the heater and control unit installation instructions.

Home delivery prices

The shipping cost throughout Europe is calculated according to the rates set by the courier service.

Before delivering the goods, the courier will arrange an acceptable delivery time for you by phone (working days Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).

Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product specified in the online store.

The shipping cost will be added to the shopping cart value.

Collection of goods

When receiving the delivered goods, please, check the condition of the shipment (packaging), make sure that the packaging is not deformed or damaged. If you suspect that the package has been damaged or deformed, do not sign the package documents and return the package to the courier. If the package is in order, then sign the invoice (bill of lading) or other shipment transfer-acceptance document. The signed document is proof that the ordered goods were delivered to you.

When purchasing products longer than 2.4m, the customer may have to arrange for unloading.

Returning the goods

We are doing our best to pack goods purchased from us. Unfortunately, sometimes harm might be done during transportation. Even if you do not know if something is damaged or not, it is always good to take photos of arrived package on your smartphone, you will need those in case if any harm is done to the content.

If you can see signs of damaged packaging, please take the following steps:

Take photos of package and make sure damage is visible.
Unpack your order and check if any products are harmed, take a photo of damaged item.
If there is any damage, please, inform us via email [email protected]

NB! For all claims of damaged or broken goods, you must make your claim within one (1) working day from the date of delivery. The Company must receive full details and description in written form with attached photos of the damaged goods.

When the buyer refuses to accept delivered goods that are not defective, he must pay the costs of returning the goods to us.
